The Helpdesk Technician Tier 1 provides level one technical telephone support. Technical support includes, but is not limited to: MS Office 2013, MS Exchange, Windows 7 and 10, laptop hardware issues, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and remote and VMware tools.
