The Proposal and Technical Writing Manager provides full-cycle proposal management support to include organizing and leading the technical, contracts, and pricing teams to deliver compliant, compelling and on-time proposals and high scoring, responsive documents. The Proposal and Technical Writing Manager manages all proposal schedules and deadlines, lead proposal kick-off meetings, and develop proposal outlines and compliance matrices. The Proposal and Technical Writing Manager is responsible for the management of all written content produced for proposal efforts.
