IMPACT Women in Leadership Awards & Gala
Dr. Nicole Oxley, President and CEO of Oxley Enterprises, Inc., has been named a 2026 FORUM Leading for IMPACT Award winner. She will be honored at the IMPACT Women in Leadership Awards & Gala on October 8 at MGM National Harbor.
FORUM’s Leading for IMPACT – Women in Leadership award recognizes the women who are providing strong leadership, mentoring the next generation of stars, and continually transforming the way technology is implemented through their mission-focused strategic programs in the Federal space.
This year’s conference draws more than 300 government and industry professionals under the theme Unstoppable: Women Redefining GovCon. Registration is required and is free for official government employees.
