Oxley Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the 8(a) STARS III award through the GSA. 8(a) STARS III is a small business set-aside Government Wide Acquisition Contract that will provide flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes but ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at maturity Level 3 indicates that we have detailed process that guides the product lifecycle from its conception throughout to its delivery and maintenance. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.
